Questions

How long do codes last?

As the pack says, usually a year. We email you before they expire.

What if I do not use them all?

Unused codes are refunded within the refund policy period. A lost code is replaced at no cost.

Can I resell them?

Yes, at any price. We suggest MXN 149 to 199.

Do you issue invoices?

We are a UK company and do not issue a Mexican CFDI. We provide a purchase receipt.

Does my name appear?

Yes, on the gift page the person receives, unless you turn it off in your panel.
