Data we process

Your name and email; the recipient’s name and the details you write about them; technical data such as your IP address (we use it to estimate your country and show the price in your currency, with the DB-IP database), your browser and measurement cookies. We do not store card data: Stripe processes it.

Purposes

To create and deliver your song, support you, prevent abuse and measure our ads.

Processors

Anthropic (lyrics), ElevenLabs (music), Stripe (payments), our email provider, Render (website hosting) and Meta (ad measurement). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Unpaid orders up to 30 days; paid orders while the song is available to you, unless you ask us to delete them.

Partners and businesses

If you sign up as an affiliate or buy a bundle as a business, we keep your name, email, WhatsApp, social profile, payout email, codes and the sales you bring. Affiliates see counts and amounts for their sales, never customer names, emails or songs. Partner links set a cookie for 30 days to know who brought a visitor.

Creators we contact

To invite social media creators to our affiliate program, we use public profile data from influencers.club, a creator data provider: name, handle, public profile and bio, follower and engagement figures, country, language, and a business contact email published by the creator or validated by that provider. We do not collect it from the social platforms ourselves. We use it only to send up to four short emails through Instantly, our email provider, and to answer replies, based on our legitimate interest in offering a partnership. We do not contact creators in the United Kingdom, the European Union or Canada. You can opt out at any time by replying "no" or with the unsubscribe link; we then add your address to our suppression list and never write again. If you do not reply, we delete your data 90 days after the last email and keep only a hashed entry so we do not contact you again. If you join the program, Telegram messages are optional and you can disconnect them at any time.
