What we offer

Personalised songs created with artificial intelligence from the information you give us. The lyrics are written with a language model, and the voice and music are generated with a music model. No song imitates real artists.

What you share

You must be 18 or older. Only share details the recipient would be happy to hear in a song. No sexual, offensive, hateful, violent, or romantic content aimed at minors. We may refuse any request that breaks these rules.

Preview and price

You hear a free 30-second preview before paying. The price is shown in your local currency before payment and includes any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you want another version of your song, you can request it for the price shown on its page.

Delivery

The song is delivered digitally right after payment, on your private page and by email.

Using the song

You may listen to it, download it and share it for personal use. You may not resell it or use it commercially.

Gift codes

A gift code unlocks one song (and the share video, if the code includes it) without paying at that moment. It cannot be exchanged for money, may expire, and can only be used as many times as it says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where SHOP AND FAVOR LTD is registered. This does not limit the rights your local consumer protection law gives you.
