You hear 30 seconds before paying and, if it is not right, you can ask for another version for a small price. So you pay for a song you have already heard.

If something went wrong

If the full song has a technical problem (the name sounds very different, the audio cuts out, or the lyrics differ from what you saw), write to us within 7 days and we will make a new version or refund you.

Change of mind

Because this is personalised digital content delivered instantly, there are no refunds for a change of mind, except where the law requires it.
