What you buy

A pack of gift codes. Each code is worth one full Sing For Them song (and the video, if the pack includes it) and is valid for the period shown on the pack.

How they are used

You hand the code to your customer; your customer creates the song on our site and unlocks it with the code, without paying. Your business name appears on the gift page unless you turn it off in your panel.

Resale

You may give codes away or resell them. On public marketplaces we ask for the minimum resale price shown in your panel.

Refunds and replacements

Unused codes are refunded within the period shown in your panel. A lost or leaked code is cancelled and replaced at no cost. Used codes are not refunded.

Validity

We email you before unused codes expire. Expired codes are not refunded.

Invoices

SHOP AND FAVOR LTD is a UK company and does not issue a Mexican CFDI. We provide a purchase receipt. Ask your accountant whether it is deductible for you.

Songs are created with AI from what your customer writes. The general Terms and conditions apply.
