Affiliate program terms

What it is

The Sing For Them affiliate program (SHOP AND FAVOR LTD) pays you a commission on every song bought by people who arrive with your link or code. Those buyers get the share video free.

Commission

You earn the current percentage, shown in your panel, of the song price actually paid, excluding tax. The share video your code gives away earns no commission. Each commission keeps the rate it was earned at. Songs unlocked with gift codes earn no commission, and neither do your own purchases.

When it is paid

A commission is pending when the customer pays and becomes payable after the hold period shown in your panel. A refund before payout cancels it; a refund after payout is deducted from the next payout.

Payouts

We pay once a month by PayPal or Wise for balances that reach the minimum shown in your panel. Smaller balances roll over. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Your code and links

You choose a unique code. Your link remembers each visitor for the period shown in your panel; a code typed by the customer always wins over a link.

Rules

You must label paid or commissioned posts, for example with #ad (or #Publicidad in Spanish), as consumer protection guidance for influencers requires. A song given to you as a gift also has to be disclosed when you post about it. No spam, no paid ads bidding on our brand name, no fake reviews, no promises we do not make, and nothing that breaks our terms. We may suspend accounts that break these rules and withhold commissions on fraudulent sales.

Changes and ending

We may change rates and conditions with notice in your panel; commissions already earned do not change. Either side may end the agreement at any time; we pay what is payable up to that date.
